I have so much fun capturing senior pictures. Each senior has their own personality, hobbies and interests that they want incorporated into their session. I for one love the challenge to showcase their personality and give them unique pictures. During the session, I want mom to look at her son and remember when he was playing on the farm, getting chased by the animals, and see that look and laugh that defines him. Time flies by way too fast, and although 18 years seems like a long time, it is a fleeting moment that comes too soon. As graduation approaches, I wanted to take this time to share some of my favorite pictures from Payton's session.
I had the opportunity to meet Payton and his family last fall. I am so thankful that I got this opportunity to capture this milestone for him. I have so many favorites from our session, but here are just a few from his senior session. I loved getting the opportunity to incorporate his love for hats, his life on the farm and his trucks in his session. I am so glad he came to Manhattan, KS for some urban pictures and that I got to travel to their family farm for some country pictures that held some meaning.
I also told him that when he gets his country singing career, I get first dibs on his album cover. Doesn't he look like a country star? He laughed and said he didn't think he would go that route...but just in case, you heard it here first.
Congratulations Payton! I know that you will excel in college and your future endeavors.
